Jameson Whiskey Sour
My husband and I both have Irish blood. To say we throw down on St. Patrick’s Day would be an understatement! When it comes to our favorite liquor to savor after a long day, we love a glass of Irish whiskey. Our favorite brands is Jameson.
For St. Patty’s Day, I decided to make a fun cocktail using Jameson Irish Whiskey. I came up with the Jameson Whiskey Sour Apple Fizz Cocktail. I love the balance between the sour of the Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker and the honey.
It has been a great hit at a recent St. Patrick’s Day party we hosted. This is a great signature cocktail for your next party. It is so easy to make and it goes perfectly with my Irish Bangers and Mash recipe!
You can probably find your Jameson Irish Whiskey, Dekuyper Sour Apple Puckers and Ginger Ale at your local liquor store. We had no problem finding all the ingredients we needed to make this tasty cocktail! Before you know it, you will be sipping on your amazing Jameson Whiskey Sour Apple Fizz Cocktail!
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Jameson Irish Whiskey
- .75 oz. Apple juice
- .75 oz. Lemon juice
- .50 oz. Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 oz. Ginger Ale
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the Ginger Ale in the shaker filled with ice
- Shake very hard. Strain into a highball glass. Top with Ginger Ale.
Do you have a favorite St. Patrick’s Day cocktail? I would love to hear about it!?
