As many of you know, I am on a journey to lose 100 pounds by April 2017. My daughter is getting married and I want to be back to a weight that is healthy for me. Staying healthy is one thing but working out is a whole other ball game! I will admit, I am not one to be considered a exercise nut. But, I also know in order to lose this weight, I need to work out as well as eat right. I have learned I need the energy to workout or I won’t get through that 90 minutes. I have found the perfect recipe that is healthy, tasty and will fuel my workout. These Nutty Chocolate And Cranberry Energy Bites are so good, even the kids love them. Just don’t’ tell them these bites are good for them!!
I love that the Nutty Chocolate and Cranberry Energy Bites are perfect for a snack at home, on the way to the gym, for a day at the park or on a family road trip. I just put a handful in a Ziplock bag and I am good to go. Because they have peanut butter, you may want to keep them cool in the summer. Because the kids and I aren’t eating a sugar filled snack, we don’t have that crash and burn a few hours later.
When I make my Nutty Chocolate And Cranberry Energy Bites, I use blocks of chocolate and whole nuts. In order to grind them for this recipe, I use the Cole and Mason Stainless Steel Cheese, Chocolate and Nut Mill. You can easily make a variety of recipes that call for your to grate and shave harder cheese, chocolate and nuts. The mill has two tougher than nails blades that make your life just a little easier. And to keep you from cutting yourself, once you are done, the blades they store safely inside the lid.
The fill level can be clearly seen through the view window. I can tell you making my Nutty Chocolate And Cranberry Energy Bites is much easier using the Cole and Mason Stainless Steel Cheese, Chocolate and Nut Mill. With the sleek modern look of the mill, you can easily keep it in view on your countertop if you don’t have a place to store it. And at just $25, you can afford to keep one for yourself and share with someone else! I gave one to my daughter and she absolutely loves it! Cole and Mason are also known for their Salt and Pepper Mills, Oil and Vinegar pourers and misters, spice racks, and mortars and pestles. Whether you are a novice or a gourmet cook, Cole and Mason is sure to have something for everyone!
